THE BRIEF

Develop a YouTube concept to support Walmart’s 2022 Black History Month campaign wrapper, “Black & Unlimited.” 

THE solution

I led the creative development of the first video in what would become an ongoing YouTube series called “Black & Unlimited: Celebrating Change Makers.” 

The series celebrates Black individuality by spotlighting Black creators who are blazing trails and defining what Black identity means to them.

THE RESULTS

The episode my team created featuring Glen Henry (a.k.a. Beleaf in Fatherhood) achieved audience reach over 1,341% above benchmarks, in addition to 4,000 likes and 457 overwhelmingly positive comments.


PROJECT GIGATON

THE BRIEF

One of my favorite TikToks that I got to conceive/produce came about after Walmart asked my team how we could use TikTok to explain one of their sustainability programs called Project Gigaton.

THE solution

Utilizing the #ScienceTok hashtag, I partnered with a TikTok-er (@sierrachanelll) to create a #ScienceTok video that breaks down Walmart’s Project Gigaton in a fun, playful, digestible way.

THE RESULTS

As of today, the video has 52.7M views.
